Forgot your password? Ask for a reset link from the log-in page. If you joined with Google, choose Continue with Google instead.

Cancelling and refunds
Cancel any time. On this website, a first payment is refunded within 14 days if you haven't used the plan yet, and mistakes are always put right.
Deleting your account
Open Settings in the Android app or on the web, and choose Delete account at the bottom. It removes your account and your synced notes from our servers. No app? Write to us from your account's address.

FAQ
Common questions
How do I reset my password?
On the log in screen, in the Android app or on the web, choose Forgot password. We will email you a link that works once, for one hour.
How do I cancel my plan?
Cancel from the same place you subscribed: on this website from your account, or in Google Play under Payments and subscriptions for a subscription bought there. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings in the Android app or on the web and choose Delete account at the bottom, or write to us from your account's address. This deletes your account and your synced notes. Notes stored only on your tablet stay there until you remove the app.
Can I recover a deleted note?
Yes. Deleted notes stay in Trash for 30 days. With cloud sync on, a note deleted from Trash can still be recovered for 30 more days.
