Calendar and focus
Your day, next to your notes.
A calendar, a daily journal, to-dos, alarms, a focus timer and voice notes, in the same app as your notebooks. All of it free on your tablet, with no account.
Plan
One place for the day ahead.
Plan the week beside the notes you are taking for it, instead of switching between apps.
Four calendar views
Week, day, month and agenda views, so you can see a busy day or the shape of a month.
To-dos
Keep tasks next to your events and tick them off as the day goes.
A daily journal
Write a little every day, then look back through earlier entries by date.
Alarms
Set alarms for the things that cannot slip, right where you plan them.
Focus timer
Work in focused blocks with a timer that sits beside your notes.
On the web too
With Pro, your calendar and alarms sync to the web app, which rings alarms while it is open.
Voice notes
Record the lecture. Keep the words.
Record a lecture or a meeting inside a note and keep the transcript beside the recording, so you can listen back or skim what was said.
- Transcripts come from your tablet's own speech recognition, free.
- With Pro, Tavora AI turns a transcript into clean notes, a summary or a list of action items.
- With sync on, recordings travel with your notes to the web app.

Are the calendar and timers free?
Yes. The calendar, journal, to-dos, alarms and focus timer are free in the Android app and work without an account.
Who transcribes my voice notes?
Your tablet's own speech recognition, the same service Android uses for voice typing. Depending on the device and its language packs, it works offline or sends the audio to its maker, such as Google; Tavora does not receive the recording unless you sync the note. With Pro, Tavora AI can turn a transcript into clean notes, a summary or a list of action items; that request goes to our AI providers.
Do reminders work on the web?
The web app shows your calendar and alarms and rings alarms while it is open in a browser tab. For reminders when the app is closed, use the Android app.
Pick up the pen.
Tavora Notes is free on your tablet. Add Pro when you want sync, the web app and Tavora AI.
