How billing works.
Prices in US dollars
Plans are billed monthly or yearly in USD. Prices include tax, except in the US and Canada, where sales tax is added at checkout.
Renews until you cancel
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period. Cancel before then and you are not charged again.
Cancel any time
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account moves to Free.
Secure payment
On this website, our payment processor handles the checkout. We never see your card number. In the Android app, Google Play handles the purchase.
Refunds
On this website, a first payment is refunded within 14 days if you haven't used the plan yet, and charges made in error are always refunded. Refund policy
Try it first
The Android app offers 7 days of Pro free through Google Play, once per Google account. Pro then continues monthly, unless you cancel in Google Play before the trial ends.

How much AI do I get?
Every plan with AI includes a monthly allowance, and the app shows how much of it is left as a percentage. Short questions use very little of it; long documents, big attachments and deep thinking use more. Premium's allowance is two and a half times Pro's. It renews each month on the date your plan started and does not roll over.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Android app offers a 7-day free trial of Pro through Google Play, once per Google account. Google Play asks for a payment method, and unless you cancel there before the trial ends, Pro then starts at the monthly price shown. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing, or start Pro sooner whenever you like. The trial has Pro's features, but AI may be limited or not included.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly or yearly, in your local currency where one is available and otherwise in US dollars, and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Prices include tax, except in the US and Canada, where sales tax is added at checkout. On this website, our payment processor handles the checkout; we never see or store your card number.
Why is the yearly plan cheaper?
A year costs the same as ten months, so paying yearly gives you two months free: Pro is $99.90 a year instead of twelve payments of $9.99.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
You can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for. On this website, a first payment is refunded if you ask within 14 days and haven't used the plan yet; once you've used it, payments aren't refunded. We always refund charges made in error. The refund policy has the details.
Can I switch to another plan?
Yes. Moving up takes effect straight away. Moving down takes effect at the next renewal and never deletes anything: if your synced files are larger than the new plan's storage, new uploads pause until you make room, and your notes keep syncing.
Do I need a plan to use the web app?
For your notes, yes. The web app opens the notes you sync from your tablet, and cloud sync is part of every paid plan and the free trial. With a free account you can still use the free PDF tools in the web app, and everything on the tablet itself stays free.
Do prices differ by country?
Yes. Prices are set by country, and this page shows them in your local currency where one is available, otherwise in US dollars. Some countries also get Plus, a smaller plan below Pro. In the Android app, Google Play shows its own local price.
